You can choose which issues you want to focus on within each session, and also which modalities you would like me to use. With my gifts of intuition, I meet you where you’re at energetically. I will never push you too fast into places you’re not ready to access or release yet. I do my best to invite your child within to gently open to healing, while helping you reach specific goals by assessing and clearing your blocks or stressors.
Sessions are always evolving and each one is unique. I trust the Universe to lead the session.

Many traumatic events in childhood (or past lives) create negative energy that is never consciously released. The energy remains trapped in the body, affecting us in a myriad of ways as adults, manifesting as blockages that prevent us from living our full potential.
I am an intuitive, clairsentient healer and massage therapist who can help you release blockages. My focus is on clearing out old trauma that is preventing you from living a passionate, fulfilling life. I have the ability to sense the emotional energy around me and take it on as my own, which allows me to feel your emotional pain in my body like a mirror. I am able to help you release and create new energies. I can then holistically integrate them into the body through hands-on deep tissue massage.
I act as a bridge between your outer auric field and your physical body, integrating healing deep into the muscles and skeletal structure. I assess energetic blockages through applied kinisielogy (muscle testing), which I clear through guided meditation.
I work on healing your aura and your chakras, releasing the trauma out of the body somatically through massage, energy work (Reiki), prayer, sage, and sound healing.

I’ve been a practicing massage therapist for over 20 years based in the Pacific Northwest. I graduated from Brian Utting’s School of Massage in Seattle, and worked at Adich Natural Health Clinic in Bellingham doing medical treatment massage for 5 years. After owning a private practice in Seattle, I decided to move to Maui. I lived isolated in the rainforest for 1 1/2 years, where I discovered my intuitive self. Energy work and intuition runs in my family - my mom is a Therapeutic Touch(R) practitioner, and coincidentally, we both discovered and turned on these gifts in Hawaii.
Upon returning to Seattle, I mentored under Dr. Dan Lewis at Atlas Chiropractic as a Chiropractic Assistant. He was an intuitive healer, and saw over 250 clients a week. Being in his field when he did his energy work turned on my skills. I started apprenticing with him in the Atlas Nutritional Clinic and became lead clinician under the Ulan Nutritional System. Later, I studied with an Emotion and Body Code practitioner to understand trapped emotions in the body’s organ systems, and learned how to assess spiritual blocks in the aura and chakras. I am also a Certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and Level 1 Body Intuitive Practitioner.
